With golf included in the National Sports Authority’s (NSA) list of non-contact sports allowed to return to their respective training, the Achimota Golf Club has invited all golf lovers to return to their fields to enjoy a round of golf.
The Achimota Golf Club is the country’s premier golf course founded in 1934 and according to the club’s vice-captain, George Yaw Amoah, the Achimota Golf Club is the best place to have a round of golf.

“We have worked extremely hard during COVID-19 and we believe that post-COVID-19 or easing up of the COVID-19 restrictions this is the best place to come.”
However, the club has put in place a number of measures to keep their guests safe including a digital platform where guest can reserve the course to themselves. This was revealed by club captain Kwesi Amoafo-Yeboah.
“We’ve put in place a digital platform where you can reserve whether it’s the driving range or the course, you can pay online, we have all the protocols in place, a place for you to wash your hands to sanitize. You come, as is required we will check your temperature because it is good for everybody.”…..he said

The National Sports Authority (NSA) on Monday 1st June 2020 released a list of 14 disciplines of which golf is included that can resume their respective training sessions following President Nana Akufo-Addo’s directives issued on 31st May 2020.
