Former Black Stars defender, Samuel Osei Kuffour, has revealed an interview with Joy Sports that everything one needs to succeed is in the Bible.
The 43-year-old former Bayern Munich defender opened up on his faith saying that reading the Holy Bible brings enlightenment.
“I want to read more of the Bible to enlighten myself. Everything you need in life is in the Bible. If you want to be great, read the Bible”
Kuffour also took time to give advice on how to deal with criticisms on and off the pitch revealing that people will always find ways to criticize but advised that it is always best to do what your conscience is okay with.

“If you do good things, people will criticize. If you do bad things, people will kill you. So, do what’s best for your conscience.”
Sammy Kuffour played for the Black Stars from 1993 to 2006 making 54 appearances and is best remembered for his time with Bayern Munich, whom he represented for over a decade, winning a total of 14 honours, and playing in nearly 250 official matches.
