Eddie Nartey narrates his inspiring life journey

Ghanaian actor and movie director, Eddie Nartey has narrated some of his life experiences yesterday, August 9, 2020 on the McBrown’s kitchen show

According to the movie director, his mom died when he was very little which made him live with his grandmother until he completed Senior High School where he decided to leave the house and find a hustle.
Fast forward he got admitted into the University Of Ghana where he studied Theatre Arts. He added that it wasn’t easy as at then because he had to fight for himself for food and shelter.

However, after he graduated from the University, he started his acting career where he was banned by his producers.
Adding to this, he explained that, he decided to use his directing knowledge he had studied at the university to start his own directing and script writing.
Kojo’s Beloved” being his first script made him known in the industry and started getting contracts from other producers to either write them a script or direct for them. Eddie described how his script,”Shattered Romance ” which he wrote and directed for Juliet Ibrahim received many awards.

Eddie Nartey wrote and directed one of the popular TV series dubbed “Cow and Chicken” which featured Funny Face. He has been active in his career since 2004. He is married to Vida Obenewah Nartey since September 2018.
