Former Mfantsipim School defender Aaron Boateng has won the 2019/2020 Most Valuable Player at the University of Maine at Fort Kent in the United States of America.
The annual award is giving to players who excelled within the season at the University.The youngster helped his side to qualify for the National championships final which they eventually lost in the final game.
The 2019/2020 most valuable football player in the University was awarded to him after a glittering performance at the end of the season.
Boateng, in the 2018/2019 season won the Men’s soccer Rookie Player of the year.The Rookie player award basically is the newcomer of the team.
Aaron Boateng was a member of the Commonwealth hall of the University of Ghana.
