Ghanaian midfielder Mubarak Alhassan has arrived in Spain to join his new club, La Liga outfit Granada CF.
Mubarak signed a five-year contract with the Nuevo Estadio de Los Cármenes in July but could not join the Nazaríes due to the closure of the airport amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
However, the midfielder has finally arrived in Spain after the government re-opened the Kotoka International Airport to allow international flights to operate.
The 18-year-old joins Granada from Dansoman-based Liberty Professionals where he made 12 appearances for the Scientific Soccer Lads scoring five goals in the cancelled 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League (GPL) season.
