A student of Cosmos International School, Kelvin Odartey has won the hearts of many Ghanaians as he has built a metallic car by himself. Kelvin who completed his Basic Education Certificate Examination(B.E.C.E) today was seen riding his car after his last paper while his friends cheered him up.

It looked so amazing how 18-year-old Kelvin’s friends were proud of him as he started his car. A video of this was spotted on UTV’s Facebook platform.
