Tema Youth president Wilfred Kwaku Osei Palmer has commended his former player Thomas Partey on his move from Athletico Madrid to Arsenal.
In a Twitter post,the Tema Youth boss backed the Ghanaian international to shine at his new club.
The 27-year-old signed a five-year contract and completed his move to English Premier League side Arsenal before the transfer deadline yesterday.
The Gunners invoked an automatic transfer by paying the full buyout clause of £45m from Spanish side Atletico Madrid.
The Ghanaian international underwent a successful medical examination in Madrid on Monday before putting pen to paper on a deal until 2025.
He is set to pocket £250,000 as weekly wages.
