Former President Jerry John Rawlings has congratulated United States of America (USA), President-elect Joe Biden, and Vice President Kamala Harris for their resounding victory.
According to Mr.Rawlings in a Twitter post, Biden-Harris’ leadership should embrace unity, compassion, and maturity.
