Clinton Antwi begins training with Esbjerg fB


Ghanaian defender, Clinton Antwi, has begun training with Danish 1st Division team Esbjerg fB after completing his loan move from Danish Superliga side FC Nordsjælland.

The 20-year-old who joined the Esbjerg Stadium for the rest of the season as he looks for regular playing time immediately joined the team as they prepare for their game against Helsingor on Friday 25th September 2020.


Speaking in a recent twitter post Clinton revealed that he is grateful for the opportunity both clubs have given him “I’m humbled and privileged to join the Esbjerg fB family on a season loan from FC Nordsjælland. I’m super grateful for the opportunity that both clubs have given me, excited to smashsmart on and off the pitch with the team. Willing to learn and work hard for the team Kom så”


Clinton joined Nordsjælland from Ghana’s Right to Dream Academy almost 3 years ago and after a season on the U19 team established himself in the Superliga squad making 22 appearances for the Wild Tigers.
