Hip-life artist Bice Osei Kuffour known in the industry as Obour has revealed that his late father, Nana Boansi Osei Kuffour did not die due to coronavirus as it was rumored.

Speaking in an interview with Adom-Otchere on Good Evening Ghana on Thursday, he disclosed that his family have not received any report from the hospital that his late father tested positive for the virus.

“We asked countless times, we never got the result, officially,” he stated.

According to the MUSIGA president, he and his family members who had contact with his tested negative for the coronavirus, adding that it may have been a special COVID since he and people who got in touch with his father had tested negative.

“In Juaso for instance, over 43 people that had very close contact with him including his wife, tested and everybody came out negative. So, the queen mother of Juaso was saying if Nana had COVID, then it was a special type of COVID,”he said.
