GTF restrain members from resuming activities

The Ghana Taekwondo Federation (GTF) in a letter dated 21st September 2020 to it’s Member Regional Associations (MRA) have called for all clubs to restrain “from immediately resuming training and organising taekwondo events until the guidelines and protocols based on the WT [World Taekwondo] Guidelines and Protocols for Safe Return to Competition and Training during COVID-19 is issued by the national secretariat.”

President Nana Akufo-Addo in his latest ‘Address to the Nation’ on Sunday 20th September 2020 announced the return of contact sports not just to train but to hold competitions once again but the GTF is not rushing to get started waiting for the World Taekwondo Guidelines and Protocols for Safe Return to Competition and Training during COVID-19.
