An emotional or physical state that causes tension can be referred to as stress. In plain words, it is the feeling of emotional or physical tension. Stress automatically affects your psychological well being. The degree to which stress can affect varies from person to person. The outcome of stress could be positive or negative.
If stress helps you to accomplish a task on time, then it has a positive impact. Getting a positive outcome from stress is unusual. It often comes with negative consequences. Excessive stress could cause depression. It takes a short period to come out of this awful situation, but it might take people days to recover. Many events and impressions about one’s self or something could cause stress.
Hard work, overthinking, drug abuse, restlessness, disappointment, false news, unfavourable environment, among many others could cause stress. Stress is mostly associated with workaholics and people who work under pressure. Culture shock is also a great factor that contributes to stress. Stress does not affect you only emotionally and physically but mentally also.

2. Avoid taking alcoholic beverages. Many people perceive alcohol as a stress releaser and take it in stressful conditions. The only thing it does is act as a stimulant for a short time and later increase the stress level. In some circumstances, it might aid your rest but depend on your gene.
- Listening to cool music in a natural environment is also another way of releasing stress. Visiting nearby tourist sites for relaxation is great.
- Having a nice conversation with someone you love also relieves you. You might love to take a walk with a few friends. That is if your situation will become worse while alone. The company sometimes make us feel better.
- You can watch movies or play games on your computer or phone in a relaxed position.
