1. Banana Peels:
Banana peel Surprisingly, but effectively, the banana peel has been shown to contain a significant amount of magnesium, potassium, and other teeth whitening minerals that can improve the colour of your teeth.

The banana peel process, on the other hand, is very simple to use. After cleaning your teeth, rub it on your teeth for a few minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.

2. Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide mixture:
Both hydrogen peroxide and baking soda have been used as home remedies for teeth whitening for a long time and have been proven to produce results when used separately.
In reality, combining the two would almost certainly produce better results.
This solution is made by combining hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to form a paste, which is then applied to the teeth like toothpaste.

However, because of the abrasive quality of its ingredients, it is not recommended to use this treatment daily.

3. Combination of baking soda and lemon:
Half a lemon and a teaspoon of baking soda are used to make the paste.
Use a cotton bud to apply it to your teeth and leave it there for a few minutes (not less than one minute and not more than two minutes).
After that, wash it off with your usual toothpaste.

4. Coconut oil and baking soda:
Coconut oil reigns supreme when it comes to DIYs and home remedies. This is because it is high in nutrients and minerals.
When mixed with baking soda, they make a teeth whitening paste that can be used for a few minutes before being washed away.

Apply a paste of baking soda and coconut oil to your teeth and leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing with warm water.

5. Make use of aluminium foil and toothpaste:
Cut two rectangles of aluminium foil and rub them together with your toothpaste or any of the other home remedies listed above. Cover the teeth on your upper and lower jaws with foil and wait a few minutes before removing it.
