Land Monitors Meet Their Match At Fetteh As One Supports Shot To The Neck


One individual is in basic condition after a firearm fight resulted between development laborers and a gathering of furnished men accepted to be land monitors.

The conflict supposedly occurred in a space between Awutu Bonsuoko and Gomoa Fetteh in the Focal District.

As per police, the development laborers were projecting solid when the interlopers, numbering four, and on motorbikes, raged the site to request that they stop work.

The Senya Bereku Region Police Commandant, ASP Kingsley Asirifi Asante, who informed Adom News about the conflict said the land watches were affirmed to have started shooting at the manufacturers.

He said unbeknown to the land watches, the development laborers had unrivaled arms henceforth reacted in equivalent measure, prompting one land monitor being gunned down.

The harmed was shot in his neck region and is at present getting treatment at the Winneba Injury and Expert Medical clinic.

ASP Kingsley Asirifi Asante added that an alarm was shipped off his station, yet the land watches had run away from the area before his group showed up.
