NSA bid farewell to Saka Acquaye

The National Sports Authority (NSA) led by Director-General, Professor Peter Twumasi, have bid farewell to the late Deputy Director, Technical Mr Daniel Saka Acquaye earlier today at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Saka Acquaye who was popularly called ‘Fishery’ passed away on Wednesday, 24th June 2020, at the 37 Military Hospital after battling a short illness.

Saka Acquaye was a former national swimmer as well as a handball enthusiast. He achieved a lot during his days as a sportsperson and administrator at the NSA.

The veteran administrator will be buried tomorrow Saturday, 12th September 2020 at the Mantse Ankrah Royal Mausoleum at Kaneshie, in Accra
