NSA procure 15 fire extinguishers for Accra Sports Stadium

The National Sports Authority (NSA) on Wednesday 19th August 2020 procured 15 fire extinguishers to be used at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The 15 fire extinguishers secured comprise of 10 types of Dry Chemical Powder (DCP) fire extinguishers and 5 CO2 fire extinguishers respectively.

The NSA revealed this on their official twitter handle stating “The National Sports Authority on Wednesday 19th August 2020 secured 15 fire extinguishers for use at the Accra Sports Stadium.”

According to the Acting Head of Estates, John Ebo Andorful, the procurement of the fire extinguishers is to ensure that the Accra Sports Stadium is firefighting ready, he also revealed that the authority have further plans to secure more of such equipment for the facility.
