Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has challenged the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to provide examples of their equal opportunity policies during their 8 year reign.
Speaking at durbars organised by the chiefs and people, Dr. Bawumia underscored that, President Akufo-Addo’s administration has demonstrated that it is a government of equal opportunities.
“We are the government of the masses and all Ghanaians.” He stressed.
To him the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has provided equal opportunities for all Ghanaians through their economic policies and social interventions programmes such as one constituency one ambulance, one district one factory, one constituency one million dollars, Zongo Development Fund, NABCO, planting for food and jobs, Free SHS, digitization, allowances to teacher and nursing trainees etc.
He therefore challenged the NDC to provide examples of their equal opportunity policies during their eight year term.
In conclusion he urged voters to give President Akufo-Addo and parliamentarians four more years to continue with and consolidate the transformation agenda that they have started.
