Germany based kits manufacturer, Puma, have officially out doored Ghana’s new kits for 2020/2021 on Monday 5th October 2020.
Ghana’s home kit is dominated by white and black with a black star boldly fixed on the chest of the region, a symbol that represents unity and emancipation.
The second kit is more of a gold colour with a touch of kente, representing Ghana’s rich culture, tradition and authentic stories.
Puma also unveiled new home and away kits for Senegal, Morocco, Egypt and Ivory Coast.
The two kits will be on display on Friday, 9th October 2020 during the senior national men’s team, the Black Stars, international friendly against Mali in Antalya, Turkey.
The Stars, will later take on Qatar, in another friendly on Monday, 12th October 2020.
The two games will help Coach C.K Akonnor to prepare his side for November’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sudan.
The two friendlies will come in handy for C.K Akonnor who is yet to play his first game since he was appointed new Head Coach of the Black Stars in February this year.
The Black Stars Head Coach, has announced his squad for the upcoming matches handing debut call ups to France-based Alexander Djiku who plays for Strasbourg, Yakubu Mohammed of Azam FC in Tanzania, Benson Anang of MSK Zilina in Slovakia, Emmanuel Lomotey of Amiens in France and youngster Kamal Deen who plays for Danish side Nordsjaelland.
