United won’t go over £50m for Sancho

Reports coming in reveals that Manchester United won’t pay over the odds for Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho with senior club officials insisting they’ll refuse to part with more than £50m for the England winger.

Sancho is said to be keen on a return to the Premier League but his current club is demanding over £100m for the youngster they paid Manchester City just £8m for back in August 2017. A valuation which sees both clubs remain poles apart.

However, the Red Devils may be encouraged by Dortmund’s statement that their final figures may change depending on the transfer window which opens next month.

20-year-old Sancho since trading Manchester for Dortmund back in 2017 has played 100 games for the club in 3 seasons scoring 35 goals. During his time at Dortmund, he received his debut call-up to the England senior national team and has gone on to represent the Three Lions 11 times scoring 2 goals.
