WAEC assured fairness in their marking process, while apologising to all examiners whose contact details were circulated on social media.

“The Council wishes to reiterate its commitment to safeguarding the integrity and credibility of its examinations and certificates respectively,” the statement said.

WAEC also took the opportunity to address other rising matters including the circulation of examination questions on social media and the activities of rogue websites who are actively propagating fake exam questions on social media.
